Our mission is to empower and guide as many people as possible. Unfortunately, that makes our time very limited, which makes it all the more precious.

So we can best serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or modifications to an appointment. We understand emergencies happen, so this 24-hour notice is waived the first time an emergency happens. After that, we cannot offer refunds or credit.

If you have an ongoing situation that makes your schedule unpredictable, please let us know. We’re happy to work with you to ensure everyone’s needs are met.

A lot of preparation goes into our workshops and other events, and early head counts help us determine if a class will happen. For this reason, once your registration fee is paid, we cannot offer refunds or transfers.
