MAX MeditationIf you’re stressed and in need of a breather, this class is for you!  MAX Meditation is one of several meditation techniques we teach at The Inner Path – this one uses visualization and breathing to center ourselves and unwind.  We see great improvement in the general outlook of our students when they undertake a regular meditation practice.
